In Alba, Romania in Transylvania county we were blessed to meet at the PIEI headquarters (Partners In Evangelism International) with some of the Romanian leaders of that branch. This organization works in thirteen different countries and having various missionaries throughout the town. Their goals are to start new churches, training, hosting, have communities, work with orphans, and hold VBSs. They have the most missionaries in Romania and Ukraine.
Their prayer points include: having long term missionaries, getting fresh vision, integrity, funds for ministry, time, building projects, and seeds sown into the children.
We were also able to meet another lovely lady named Lydia here. She has open air campaigns, goes to schools with a Christian puppet ministry. She showed us videos and we were impressed with how professional they were. She does 150-200 shows per year and develops two new skits per year. They do kids clubs, teen groups, and youth groups, while doing 3-4 VBSs and camps in the summer. They also do training, discipleship, and administrations. https://www.piei.org/
Her prayer points include: needing more team members, more people, making sure they’re doing things God’s way, being Kingdom minded, serve out of His strength and it’s His work, bless God’s people with salvation and growth, along with God arranging the practical side of adding new team members.
In Craiova, Romania we helped with the church there and stayed at Hope Churches new mission house they got this past year. They also are working very hard in creating relationships with the people and youth to be able to reach and disciple them. They carry the New Testament project which means passing out a New Testament Bible to each house they can. We were honored to meet Adrian who works at the University here and is working hard to connect with the youth, we were able to go to a youth get together they have on most nights.
